It can be customized as per client needs to desired level of automation and budget. It uses state-of-art technology from Microsoft to streamline your HR workflow. It offers an end-to-end integration of HR functions with Payroll and Self Service Modules to manage employee profiles, benefits, leave, loan and salary calculations. Currently it is available in Arabic and English.

Yes, paylite integrate with different attendance recording devices. Integration is available at an extra cost.

Currently Paylite supports Arabic and English. We plan to add more languages soon.

First six months AMC is included with the software license. AMC period starts from the date of installation of the software. Support Contract should be renewed before the expiry of AMC period. AMC is charged @ 15% of the software value including all customizations.

Paylite takes about 10-30 days to implement depending on complexity involved. Implementation
Steps:-

  • Check server configuration and pre – requisite Software
  • Installation and Configuration of Paylite
  • Company Setup and configuration
  • Conduct user training (Basic)
  • Entry of Sample Master Data
  • Process transaction, pay slip and reports
  • Testing of Paylite by user and do the customization request
  • Development of customization request*
  • Implementation of customization request in sample test environment
  • Testing after customization
  • Removal of testing data after completion of Paylite testing
  • Signing off of the implementation plan

*Note: Scheduled date for “development of customization request” will
depend on type of changes requested.
